Day of the Event

WHAT TO BRING

• Reusable water bottle

• Weather-related items (rain coat / umbrella etc)

• Lawn chairs / picnic mat

• Credit cards and cash money to shop (not all vendors have CC machines)

• Pens to fill raffle tickets

• Your positive attitude and desire to support Palestine

• We also have amazing line up of silent auction items that will link to below to be won. Make sure to stop by the RFP merchandise table to check them out!

WHAT NOT TO BRING

• Run For Palestine is a family friendly health conscious event. We ask you do not bring arguile / sheesha smoking and if you are going to smoke cigarettes or vape please stay away from the family filled picnic area

WEATHER

• We plan on going ahead with the event rain or shine. We will only cancel the event if there are risks of thunderstorms, please dress appropriately for the weather, any weather updates / cancellations will be communicated through our official CPSA and RFP London social media channels.

PHOTOGRAPHY

• Please not that we WILL be taking pictures and videos as well as live streaming the event. by being at the event you are aware of that and are consenting to having promotional media materials be available online.

T-SHIRT SIZES

• T-shirt sizes are dispensed based on the size ordered at checkout. You may chose to go a size up or down on the spot as quantities allow but this not guaranteed. We recommend buying tickets early for this reason. We can not guarantee your shirt size will be available but we will do everything in out ability to accommodate.

PARKING

• THIS YEAR'S EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE SOCCER FEILD AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE PARK

• The parking lot attached to the soccer field is small and is not going to be accessible for attendees to park, but you will access it to drop off your family members and picnic needs, then you will park in one of the other bigger lots. Our hired London green taxi shuttle will drive you back to the event site.

• Exact location for the run (where you will be dropped off) no parking for attendees here but you will come here to drop your family and your picnic items

• Our security and parking team of volunteers will be available on site and will have high visibility vests and/or volunteer bibs on to indicate who they are. Upon entering that park we ask that you kindly inquire with them / follow their directions. Please be kind and courteous to all of our volunteers

• For your convenience we have compiled a list of the closest parking lots outside the park complex. We suggest that you unload passengers and your park items at the main park area then go drop your car off in one of the 'further' parking lots. Our volunteers will be present and will assist you with directions and carpool shuttle if applicable
