In addition upon the successful completion of the challenge members are encouraged to donate to a charity the group agrees on, last challenge we raised $1300 to UNRWA USA. We will decide ion the recepiebt charity later on.

Food intake: You are encouraged to have a nutritious and filling meal on the day prior to the hunger fast challenge, for dinner to ensure you have adequate levels of energy for the days ahead.

Mindset: Strive to be in a positive frame of mind to improve your experience. Believe that you can do it! 2 million people on Gaza, of whom 50% are children, has been doing it for almost 200 days now.

Discipline: You should constantly strive to be a better person. E.g. Random acts of charity, kindness, mercy, forgiveness, monetary or otherwise. Keep smiling and spread the joy of unity around ❤️

It is not easy to spend a whole day with no food and drink but still have to do all the work that needs to be done.

Maybe for tomorrow, train yourself and try to eat 1 or 2 meals only, try not to have a small portion healthy snack between meals or consume water, eat at a specific time, so that way, your body is not in shock when you start.

Remember, you are doing this in the memory and out of respect to all the innocent civilians; men, women, children and elderly who have been killed, injured, and had their homes demolished, with no access to food, water, medicine, fuel for 200 days of a genocidal war against them.

Program:

On Tuesday April 26 and Wednesday May 1, those who are participating in the challenge will connect on our WhatsApp group.

Throughout the day, we'll share motivation and our experiences and show our unity and solidarity.

It is a challenge. Let us do it, and we all will be there for each other during these rewarding 3 days.
